Game Giant is an Australian Business and reserves the rights under Australian Consumer Laws.
Change Of Mind;
Game Giant offers a 7 days return policy for change of mind, the 7 days will begin from the date of goods received.
Refunds will be given with a in store credit to the purchaser of the goods only and must have proof of purchase, returning costs of the goods are the purchaser's responsibility.
Goods being return must be unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition, if the goods are a computer game, CD or DVD the original shrink wrap must be intact and unopened.
Change of mind credits are only available if the goods are purchased through our website directly or onsite. Credits are not avaliable if goods are purchased through a third party website.
If our requirements mentioned above do not meet the item being returned we reserved all rights under Australian Consumer Law to refuse refunds/credit vouches for change of mind.
If you receive an item that is faulty, not fit for its intended purpose or the product does not match its sale description you will be eligible for a refund excluding postage costs.
Any items returned due to being faulty will be sent off to the manufacturer and upon the approval of the manufacturer a refund will be given.
Game Giant reserves the right to refuse any refunds or in store credits if the cause of the fault is due to misuse or neglect.
All item returns are the purchaser's responsibility.
